15-17 Upper Lewisville Terrace Thorndon, Wellington
These units are located in the central Wellington suburb of Thorndon. The units are located at the top of a steep hill affording magnificent views of Wellington Harbour, but are definitely not a walk for the faint-hearted coming home.
Even so, it is only a 12 minute walk to Lambton Quay, a couple of minutes walk to public transport, the local tavern, dairy and green grocer and a leisurely five minute walk to the botanical gardens and Lady Norwood rose garden. But think about a taxi home.
Off-street parking is provided. |
400 Oceanbeach Rd, 45b Maranui Street Mount Maunganui
We have three properties in Mount Maunganui; two are situated in Ocean Beach Road. Directly across the road is a short walkway to the beach.
The other property is one street back and is much newer and more modern-looking.
This is a popular tourist location because of the sun-baked sands and large selection of leisure activities available. Mount Maunganui, with its prominent volcanic cone that gives it its name, is popular with the surfing fraternity. It's also a great family holiday spot, having a choice of both ocean and gentle harbour beaches. |
 31 Taradale Road Napier
On the sunny East Coast of the North Island is an area of fruit growing and excellent vineyards. After being razed by the earthquake and fire in the 1930's, Napier was rebuilt in the current art deco style and now has the finest collection of art deco architecture in the world. A natural attraction is its gannets - one of the few mainland colonies in the world. For those with children, Marineland is in Napier and Splash Planet is close by in Hastings.
Both units sleep 6 persons. |
 235 Pohutakawa Avenue Ohope Beach
These units are best described as a typical beach home. The units are side-by-side and are located on the beachfront.
The Marae Totara Reserve is a wonderful playground for children and it is right next door to the units. Local shops are within convenient walking distance.
The Whakatane district offers breathtaking scenery, great marine life, and of course the active volcano White Island is just off its shores. |
 17 Westhoe Road Orewa
Manchester Unity has 3 units at Orewa, sited directly in front of a reserve area and a children's playground, centrally located, close to the beach and main shopping area.
Orewa has the advantage of being only 35 - 40 minutes away from Auckland City so you can get away from it all but still be within a reasonable distance of a big city.
Don't forget to visit the magnificent bird sanctuary on Tiritiri Matangi, play a round of golf on the World Cup course at Gulf Harbour or visit the Waiwera hot pools which are only 10-15 minutes north of Orewa. |
 23 Dublin Street Queenstown
We have two units in Dublin street and without a doubt Unit 1 is the most popular. It is upstairs and has the most spectacular view of the Remarkables Mountain range and Lake Whakatipu. The town centre is a ten-minute walk away. |

Taupo is primarily a tourist resort and holiday centre. There is a great range of recreational activities, such as swimming, boating, thermal baths and viewing Huka Falls. There is also an 18 hole golf course.
The slopes of Ruapehu, the North Island's premier ski resort, are within easy driving distance.
We have 2 units which are situated a few minutes walk from the middle of the town and the lake front. |
 Springbok Avenue Whitianga
At Whitianga we have one unit. The property adjoins a reserve so there is lots of room for children to play.
With numerous beaches and islands within a 40 minute boat or car journey, it is not surprising that there is plenty to do beside or in the water. For those with land-based interests, the amazing Coromandel Forest Park is within easy driving distance.
Remember to visit the wonderful Pauanui waterways - on the way back you can dig your own mineral spa pool in the sand at Hot water beach. |
